Leitrim, it provides information, education and training about organic growing and sustainable living. The Organic Centre also runs courses in counties Wicklow and Clare.

The centre runs a number of useful courses for parents and teachers who want to set up school gardens. The course, which costs combines practical activities and theory with lots of ideas about how to work with children and teenagers in an outdoor environment. Teachers or parents will also be presented with a garden calender and will make a short trip to a local school garden. The next course runs on August 29 and costs €90.
