Congratulations on the new site Carol. There are few things which you might want to bring up with your web designer.
The site does not work too well in Firefox, I know that Internet Explorer is still the market leader but Firefox is catching up fast and I think it is something that really needs to be considered.
There are also a few issues in Internet Explorer 6 and 7, most importantly the flash slideshow that is on your homepage is sitting on top of everything so the roll out sub navigation for the ‘about us’ and ‘careers’ pages are being hidden underneath the flash slideshow.
